DESCRIPTION:Join us for a 2-day immersive breadmaking workshop on Friday\, October 23\, 5:30-7 PM and Saturday\, October 24th\, 10 AM- 4 PM. Students will learn the art and science of baking a variety of artisan breads from start to finish in a fun\, hands-on setting. The experience includes a bread baking kit\, appetizers\, lunch\, and beverages. Each participant will receive two (2) complimentary beverages. Please call for room package rate. \n\n12 steps of bread making\nPre-fermented doughs\nSourdough\nBaguettes\nFocaccia\n\n\n$150 per person\n*Price is per person plus tax and fees.
