The Contrast Therapy Chill & Glow Experience is a 60-minute, self-guided journey through a revitalizing cycle of cold immersion and soothing infrared heat designed to awaken the body and calm the mind. Your session begins with a brief dip in the cold plunge, stimulating circulation, heightening alertness, and invigorating the senses. You will then transition into the infrared sauna, where deep, penetrating warmth promotes relaxation, supports muscle recovery, and encourages gentle detoxification. By alternating between these contrasting environments, the body is able to reset, recharge, and build enhanced resilience.
