Classic Italian dishes from the north and south are explored in this class. Students will make chicken marsala (lightly sauteed chicken breast accompanied with a mushroom and Marsala sauce), roasted zucchini, asparagus, mushroom risotto, and a Zabaglione. Students can expect hands-on experiences, chef facilitated learning, and an enjoyable meal. A glass of wine or beer will be offered.

In this class the basics of regional French cooking will be discussed. Guests will prepare olive tapenade, served with baguette, chicken and sausage cassoulet, and ratatouille. We will serve a French pastry for dessert. Guests will prepare tapenade, cassoulet, ratatouille, and pastry cream. We will bake and assemble the puff pastry for dessert. Enjoy a glass of wine with the class.

In this class students will formulate a spice blend, garam masala, and utilize it in classic dishes from Indian cuisine. Preparation of butter chicken, and Mutter Paneer (peas and cheese). Students will also prepare and stone bake Naan bread (flatbread). Students can expect hands-on experiences, chef facilitated learning, and an enjoyable meal. A glass of wine or beer will be offered.
