

Pasta Making Class
Saturday September 30th, 2023, 4pm-6pm
Students will prepare pasta dough from scratch and roll out the dough into various shapes and one stuffed pasta. Pasta cheese stuffing, marinara sauce, Bolognese sauce, and Alfredo sauce preparation will be discussed. Students can expect hands-on experiences, chef facilitated learning, and an enjoyable meal. A glass of wine or beer will be offered with some Italian Style Bread.

Curry Night
Saturday October 7th, 2023, 4pm-6pm
In this class, students will formulate a spice blend, garam masala, and utilize it in classic dishes from Indian cuisine. Preparation of butter chicken, and Mutter Paneer (peas and cheese). Students will also prepare and stone bake Naan bread (flatbread). Students can expect hands-on experiences, chef facilitated learning, and an enjoyable meal. A glass of wine or beer will be offered.

Autumnal Soups & Bisques
Saturday October 14th, 2023, 4pm-6pm
Students will prepare a butternut squash bisque, creamy mushroom, and chicken and dumpling soup. Students can expect hands-on experiences, chef facilitated learning, and an enjoyable meal. A glass of wine or beer will be offered.

French Pastries
Saturday October 21st, 2023, 4pm-6pm
Students will make puff pastry (laminated dough) and prepare savory and sweet pastries to serve as an appetizer or main course. Tomato crustade, mushroom pinwheels, and mile feuille (thousand layers dessert). This class will contain gluten. Students can expect hands-on experiences, chef facilitated learning, and an enjoyable meal. A glass of wine or beer will be offered.

Searing Scallops
Saturday October 28th, 2023, 4pm-6pm
Students will prepared seared scallops with brown butter sauce, pea puree, and mushroom and butternut squash risotto. Students can expect hands-on experiences, chef facilitated learning, and an enjoyable meal. A glass of wine or beer will be offered.
