Louisiana Style Cooking Night
Saturday June 10th, 2023, 4pm
Dishes from Louisiana are inspired by French, African, and Caribbean cuisine. In this hands-on class, participants will learn and experience the flavors, spices, and spirit of Louisiana.
Menu:
Dutch oven Jambalaya, Shrimp and Grits, and Bananas Foster are classic dishes from this region. Students can expect chef tutorial and instruction, techniques of flambee, and cooking with cast iron.
Afterwards, students will enjoy eating their preparation with a glass of wine.

Curry Night
Saturday, June 17th, 2023, 4pm
In this class, guest will formulate a spice blend, garam masala, and utilize it in classic dishes from Indian cuisine. Preparation of Butter Chicken, Naan (flatbread) bread, and a variation of Matar Paneer (cheese and peas in curry gravy) will showcase use of curries in cooking. A glass of wine is served with dinner.

Italian Night
Saturday June 24th, 2023, 4pm
Classic Italian dishes from the north and south are explored in this class. We will be making an Italian main course with sauce, fresh vegetables, and dessert. Students can expect hands-on experiences, chef facilitated learning, an enjoyable meal, and a glass of wine or beverage.

Menu:Â Chicken Marsala (lightly sauteed chicken breast accompanied with a mushroom and Marsala sauce,) roasted zucchini, asparagus and mushroom risotto, and strawberry cannoli.





BBQ Night
Saturday, July 1st, 2023, 4pm-6pm
In this class, students will work with brisket, baby back ribs, vegetables and sides using BBQ techniques and smoking if weather permits. Students will use dry rub and wet rub techniques. Students will also learn cooking methods for the tougher cuts of beef and pork. A glass of wine or beer will be served with the yield of the class.
MENU: Baby back ribs, slow cooked Brisket, Potato Wedges, Asparagus

Ice Cream Night
Friday July 7th, 2023, 3pm-5pm
This class is open to all ages but geared for minors. Instructions will be given for making ice cream (custard, churning, and the emulsion process). Students can expect to make a vanilla custard, churn the mixture into ice cream, and create frozen desserts! Ice cream and ingredients will be provided to make sundaes, splits, bombs, or ice cream cones!
$30 per person, plus tax and gratuity.Â







Grilling Technique Class
Saturday July 8th, 2023, 4pm-6pm
This hands-on class will help students prepare grilled foods and margination techniques. The use of wood and charcoal in grilling methods will also be shown (weather permitting). A glass of wine or beer will be served with the classes’ projects. Students will work with meats and vegetables in this course.
MENU: Minced meat and vegetable shish kabab, yogurt cold sauce, street corn with trimmings, grilled flatbread with toppings.

In this class students will prepare the fillings and crusts for pies and tarts. Students will learn the methods for pie crusts and tart shells. Blind baking and double crust method will be utilized. Wine, coffee, or tea will be served with the students’ creations.
MENU: Strawberry Rhubarb pie, tarts with plums, peaches, and apricots

Students will prepare pizza dough, crust, and sauce from scratch. Alfredo and tomato sauce will be covered. A variety of toppings will be provided to create your own pizza. The class will cover the use of a pizza stone and a peel. A glass of wine or beer will be offered.
