Aspira Spa

Massage Therapist
The Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. You must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the products and services necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests. Must hold and maintain a current Wisconsin license.
Salary: $800 - $1,600 a week
Licensed Nail Technician
The Nail Technician performs professional nail, hand, and foot treatments. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails, including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa’s specific nail service offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
Job Status: Part-time with potential for Full-time
Salary: $400 - $800 a week
Spa Front Desk
Job Summary: The Spa Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the reception area at the spa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be on time for your shift.
- Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments. Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
- Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
- Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency.
- Maintain a Spa Desk Bank.
- Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area. Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
- Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

Food & Beverage
Server / Bartender
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Promptly greet guests
- Promote the Osthoff Resorts service principle by example; respond to/resolve Guest inquiries, complaints or concerns in a courteous, timely and efficient manner. Make sure to inform Restaurant Manager/Supervisor/Team Leader of problems.
- Complete Steps of Service for Servers
- Maintains service presentation, sanitation, and organization of work area
- Set tables according to standards, during, and after service; remove trays of dirty dishes, silverware and glassware to kitchen for cleaning when needed.
- Staying updated on current menu choices, features and menu deviations, 86’ed items.
- Properly preform wine service.
- Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
- Assist in the checklists at the beginning/end of each shift with the team
- Including polishing, cleaning, prepping
- Restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies.
- Complete proper end of day reports
- Sales Reports, Financial Reports, Tip Reports
- Assist host/busser as needed
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong customer/ guest service skills
- Be 18 years of age with Bartending License/Liquor License
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests.
- Have working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
- Possess basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate the POS
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Banquet Prep Cook (AM and PM Shifts Available!)
Our Banquet Prep. Cooks are responsible for setting up cooking lines, stocking and organizing workstations, preparing food items based on recipes, portion controls, and standard presentations; restocking food items as needed throughout the shifts, and maintaining a smooth flow of service for banquets.
A culinary degree and ServSafe certification are preferred, but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills are also strongly desired. A positive attitude is a must.
Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50lbs. Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment. Successful candidates should have some experience setting up cooking lines, stocking, and organizing workstations. Willing to teach the right candidate.

Front Desk
Night Auditor/Weekend Front Desk Clerk
Job Purpose: Night Auditor/ Weekend Front Desk Clerk
To balance daily accounting reports and prepare the computer systems and front desk for the next business day while attending to the front desk.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Night Auditor runs reports and prepares the property management system to turn over the day. They also take care of guests’ needs during that time. This includes:
- Will provide prompt friendly and courteous service in all aspects of the job.
- Will be on stage when we are at the front desk or visible to our guest and will act accordingly.
- Will respond to guest inquiries, concerns or complaints in a courteous, timely and efficient manner.
- Will remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Will comply with all AAA Four-Diamond service standards.
- Will review and have a complete understanding of “Promotional Book” special packages and events.
- Will have knowledge of special activities in the surrounding area.
- Will be trained on “telephone” responsibilities.
- Will be trained on “reservation” responsibilities.
- Will be trained on “check-in and check-out” responsibilities.
- Responsible for taking deposits for advance reservations to the standards set.
- Responsible for cash handling procedures.
- Responsible for recording adjustment to the standards set.
- Responsible for keeping work areas, including front desk, telephone, back office, and concierge areas neat and clean.
- Will communicate any procedural changes that would help facilitate hotel operations.
- Run daily reports to prepare night audit pack for accounting.
- Run daily reports for Director of Rooms Division and the Front Office Manager.
- Ensure back-up is run and prepare system for next business day.
- All other duties as assigned by department Director and/or Executive Team members.

Grounds / Maintenance
Landscape Technician
Job Purpose
Responsible for assisting Grounds Manager, Director of Maintenance/Grounds and applicable organizational staff related to maintaining the property grounds, beautification of property initiatives, and events to achieve organizational objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Landscape Technician is responsible for the completion of daily landscape maintenance and property activities throughout the Resort.
- Perform all assigned tasks in safe manner
- Operation of light to heavy equipment
- Ability to perform or diagnose repair on equipment
- Perform general landscape maintenance of the resorts grounds and gardens including but not limited to mowing, planting, watering, pruning, weeding, mulching, pesticide applications, holiday lighting and décor installation, hardscape installations, turf irrigation, removal of trash, and snow removal
- Availability to work year-round, weekends, and holidays throughout the year.
- All other duties as assigned by department Supervisor, Director and/or Executive Team members
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Two years related landscape experience or related education
- Strong customer/ guest service skills
- Ability to work well with team environment or independently
- Must be able to lift 50 + lbs. on a regular basis
- Must be able to kneel, bend, stand, climb ladders, and shovel on a frequent basis
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment
- Ability to work at various heights
- Experience in operating commercial/light mowing equipment and aerial equipment
- Ability to perform mechanical repair and maintenance on landscape equipment
- Plant and weed identification experience a plus
- Knowledge in proper pruning techniques
- Knowledge in turf irrigation
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator License Category 3.0 Turf & Landscape or attain within 1 year of employment

Housekeeping
Housekeeper
Job purpose is to clean guest rooms. Room attendants provide stayover service to in-house guests and provide checkout service for incoming guests. Room attendants also clean up behind house areas they worked in during the day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide stayover service based on what type each guest is assigned
- Per the Housekeeping Training manual; provide checkout service; cleaning the room to ready it for the next guest
- Note anything broken or missing from the unit
- Note anything not able to clean with the products they have available
- Secure lost and found items left by the guest
- Deep clean guest rooms
- Report any equipment not working
- Clean up your cart and closet at the end of your shift
- Returning all items to their proper places
- Assisting coworkers as needed
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Strong customer/ guest service skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must possess a positive attitude as a contributor to a diverse work environment
- Must have flexibility in time to meet the business needs of the department and the organization
- Ability to learn quickly and accurately
