Dishes from Louisiana are inspired by French, African, and Caribbean cuisine. In this class, students will learn and experience flavors, spices, and spirit of Louisiana. Dutch oven jambalaya, shrimp and grits, and beignets are class dishes from this region. Students can expect hands-on experiences, chef facilitated learning, and an enjoyable meal.
