Pasta Making I

February 27 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Guests rolling fresh pasta and preparing dishes including Bolognese, creamy Fettuccini Alfredo, and Agnolotti with marinara sauce.

Students will prepare pasta dough from scratch and roll out the dough into various shapes and one stuffed pasta. Students can expect hands on experiences, chef facilitated learning, and an enjoyable meal. A glass of wine or beer will be offered with some Italian Style Bread.
