There is a one-night deposit required at the time of reservation. If you choose to cancel, it is a $50 cancellation fee up until a week prior to arrival. Within the week of arrival, the one night’s deposit will be forfeited.

The Osthoff Resort requires a credit card on file with a guest stay, however we do accept cash and corporate checks at check-out.

We hold $200 for incidentals at check-in and they are released at check-out. It can take 3-5 days for your bank to release this hold.

No, we do not have standard hotel rooms with 2 queen beds, but we do offer 2 bedroom suites with king size beds.

We have 3 full-time restaurants. During the summer months, we have 2 additional restaurants available.

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available resort-wide.

There are designated smoking areas outside, but we do not allow smoking within the rooms or on the patios.

Yes, we have 2 designated firepits available.

You need to be 21 years old to book a room.

You need to be 18 to rent boats.

Yes, we have various sizes of life jackets available.

Yes. The guest is responsible for cleaning up before the end of their booking. Alcohol is also allowed. THE DRIVER cannot consume alcohol.

No, coolers are not allowed on the beach or in the pool areas.

No, pets are not allowed on the beach.

There is a public boat launch on the northwest side of the lake.

No, but you can fish and swim in Elkhart Lake.

You need to be 18 years old to utilize Aspira Spa.

With the purchase of a day pass, you can utilize the amenities at Aspira Spa. Most paid services include a day pass.

The kitchens are supplied with most utensils and dishes, however if you require specialty items, you will need to bring your own.

Upon request, we do provide valet services.

No, there are towels available at the beach and within the pool area.
