Tracie Toth
Representing The Osthoff Resort for more than 22 years, Tracie has been a part of the resort’s continued growth & development; from the early years when there was very limited meeting space and one small restaurant, through multiple expansions which enabled The Osthoff to truly compete in meetings and events and establish itself as an industry leader. A 25-year member of Meeting Professionals International- Wisconsin Chapter, Tracie served on countless committees and on the Board of Directors, and won several awards including Supplier of the Year Award. Wanting to see things better from her client’s perspectives, Tracie earned her Certified Meeting Professional designation in 2004. Tracie is an active member of Wisconsin Hotel and Lodging Association and Wisconsin Women in Lodging. With a goal to add value to every client she works with, Tracie will help you meet your event objectives and will offer solutions and alternatives to help groups accomplish everything they need and more. She believes our genuine people make the difference at The Osthoff Resort and it’s a huge part of why our groups want to return year after year. Personally, Tracie is wife to a professional firefighter/paramedic who is also a golf pro-caddy, busy mom to two teenage daughters, prioritizes time with her family, enjoys golf, boating, gardening, nature, travel and all things food and drink.
Angela Koran | Senior Sales Manager
Angela Koran
Angela’s dedication and can-do attitude will enhance any client’s experience. Groups sing her praises on how well she helps them understand matters from the very beginning of their planning journey which sets them up for great success. The Osthoff is proud of Angela’s service to our country. Upon completion of Basic and Advanced Individual Training, the United States Army moved her to Frankfurt, Germany. This tour really sparked her interest in travel, which led Angela to pursue a degree in hospitality management. After an 18 month pause from civilian life due to a combat tour in Iraq, she started her career in hospitality management with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in Naples. After 7 years in Florida, it was time to follow a new career path back home in Wisconsin. Meeting her husband in 2011 brought her to Sheboygan County, where she has worked in sales for lakeside resorts. A combined 15 years of sales management experience in a variety of market segments allows her to be the valuable resource she is. As a military and firefighter wife, Angela keeps a very busy schedule- still finding time to enjoy traveling, motorcycle riding with her husband, lake days with friends, and playing softball with her daughter.
Marin Medema, CMP | Senior Sales Manager
Marin Medema
Marin brings over 32 years of hotel experience to her clients, with 20 of them in The Osthoff Resort’s group sales office. Marin is well established and involved in industry organizations. She is a 29-year member of Meeting Professionals International- Wisconsin Chapter and 20-year member of Wisconsin Society of Association Executives, where she served on the Board of Directors for both and is a past recipient of the prestigious Supplier of the Year and Industry Advocate awards from MPI-WI. Wanting to bring even more value to her clients and work, Marin earned her Certified Meeting Professional designation in 2010. A fun fact about Marin is that she is extraordinarily organized and detail-oriented, which lends itself well to the events world! As many of her customers can attest to, she easily turns clients and meeting planners into lifelong friends. While away from work Marin enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with friends and family…preferably on the water. Officially an empty-nester, Marin treasures her son & daughter in law, and daughter in college.
Lori Urban | Associate Director of Conference Services
Lori Urban
Lori was born and raised in the hospitality business with her family owning a restaurant in the Milwaukee area. She worked restaurants from fast food to fine dining until she found where her heart was: event and wedding planning. Lori prides herself in being very detailed and flexible with last minute changes. Her true passion is working with happy couples for their special day to make sure no detail is overlooked. From the wedding rehearsal to the dance, Lori will be there every step of the way. With her 25 years of experience at The Osthoff Resort alone, rest assured all types of events are in terrific hands with Lori. You can also find her helping other departments whenever needed since she has such a strong hospitality background, and Lori leads the resort’s extensive holiday decorating. She has designed most of the trees in the resort and enjoys watching the resort come alive for the holiday season.
