What are the benefits of getting a massage?

What is your favorite Aspira Spa massage and why?
My favorite massage is Sacred Water which consists of a combination of traditional massage, Reiki, and Native American Ceremony using water from Elkhart Lake. According to Native American culture, water from this lake is sacred and holds the spirit of Native American Ceremonies and is considered an honoring and healing session – Yelena
My favorite is Deep Tissue because I love anatomy and bodybuilding, and these are the two blended together around the table into a structural therapeutic massage. – Danny
