In this class, students will work with brisket, baby back ribs, vegetables, and sides using BBQ techniques and smoking (if weather permits). Students will practice both dry rub and wet rub techniques and learn cooking methods for tougher cuts of beef and pork. Each participant will receive two (2) complimentary beverages.
