Pasta Making II

Guests prepare fresh pasta dishes including salmon and asparagus linguine and mushroom ravioli with sage brown butter.

Students will prepare pasta dough from scratch and roll out the dough into various shapes and flavors. Students can expect hands on experiences, chef facilitated learning, and an enjoyable meal. A glass of wine or beer will be offered with some Italian Style Bread.
