Students will prepare a classic menu featuring Beef Wellington, Bordelaise sauce, mashed potatoes, and mushroom duxelles. Throughout the class, students can expect a hands‑on experience with chef‑facilitated instruction, guided techniques, and thoughtful culinary insights in an engaging and welcoming environment. Each participant will receive two (2) complimentary beverages.
