Chef‑guided scallops and risotto cooking class at The Osthoff Resort featuring students preparing seared scallops with brown butter sauce, pea purée, and mushroom‑butternut squash risotto.

Learn the art of handmade pasta in this interactive class led by a professional chef. Guests will create fresh pasta dough and prepare salmon and asparagus linguine, along with mushroom ravioli finished with sage and brown butter. Each participant will receive two (2) complimentary beverages.
